Every piece is made by hand, so small differences in colour, size, glaze and texture from the photos are natural and are not defects. We do our best to show each piece accurately.

Prices are in Jordanian dinars (JOD) unless stated otherwise. We may change prices and availability at any time; the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order. If we make an obvious pricing mistake, we'll contact you before going ahead.

Placing an order is a request to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a piece is no longer available or we can't reach you to confirm it. If you've already paid for an order we cancel, we'll refund you in full.

We accept cash on delivery and CliQ transfer. With cash on delivery, you pay the courier when your order arrives. With CliQ, we show our alias after you place your order, and we prepare your order once the transfer arrives. For custom pieces, we'll agree the payment with you before we start.

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, returns by our Returns Policy, and made-to-order pieces by our Custom Orders Policy.
