We only collect what we need to make and deliver your order and to reply to you:

• Your delivery address
• Your order details, including any gift message you write for the card
• Your account details if you create an account — including your name and email from Google if you choose “Continue with Google”
• Messages you send us by email, Instagram or WhatsApp

We don't collect card details. Payment is cash on delivery or a CliQ transfer that you make from your own bank app.

• To prepare, deliver and follow up on your orders
• To contact you about your order — for example to confirm it or arrange delivery
• To reply to your questions and messages
• To keep the records we need for our accounts

We'll only send you marketing messages if you've asked to receive them, and you can stop them at any time.

We don't sell your personal information. We only share it when it's needed to deliver your order — for example, giving your name, address and phone number to the delivery courier — or when the law requires it.

We use a few small cookies and your browser's storage to keep you signed in and to remember your cart and your language choice. We don't use them for advertising.

Your information is stored with the service providers that host our website, database and email. We take reasonable steps to protect it, but no online service can be completely secure.

You can ask us at any time to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop marketing messages. We may need to keep some order records where the law requires it.
