We ship to Saudi Arabia and Turkey for a fixed fee, which is shown at checkout before you place your order.

We can ship to other countries too. Choose your country at checkout and place your order — we'll contact you with a shipping estimate, and we only send your order once you've agreed to it.

Delivery time depends on where you are and on the courier. Custom and personalised pieces are made after you order, so they ship once they're ready — see our Custom Orders Policy.

If you need your order by a particular date, message us before ordering and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it.

If you choose cash on delivery, please have the order total, including delivery, ready when the courier arrives. If you pay by CliQ, we send your order once your transfer has arrived.

Mark your order as a gift at checkout and add a message — we'll handwrite it on a card and put it in the parcel. Enter the recipient's details as the delivery address.

Please double-check your address and phone number when you order. The courier may call you to arrange delivery.

We wrap every piece carefully. If something arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund — see our Returns Policy.
